Do my customers need to download an app?
No! Your store opens in their normal web browser. They just tap what they want and the order is sent directly to your WhatsApp.
How much does Tap2Order cost?
The Free Plan is completely free and allows up to 100 products. We never take a percentage of your sales. Higher limit premium plans are coming soon.
How do I get paid?
Customers message their orders to your WhatsApp, and you arrange payment directly with them (e.g., via bank transfer or cash on delivery). We don't touch your money.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet on the Free plan, but custom domains (e.g., shop.yourbrand.com) will be available in our upcoming Pro Plan.
