These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tap2Order's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tap2Order provides a platform that allows merchants to create online catalogs and receive orders directly via WhatsApp. We do not process payments between you and your customers unless explicitly stated via a supported payment gateway.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Acceptable Use and Merchant Obligations

As a merchant using Tap2Order, you are solely responsible for the products you list, the accuracy of your product descriptions, and the fulfillment of orders placed by your customers.

You agree not to sell prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons, or any products that violate intellectual property rights or local laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

Tap2Order offers both free and paid subscription plans. While our core catalog creation is free, advanced features may require a paid subscription. We do not charge transaction fees on the orders you receive via WhatsApp. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap2Order shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services or any transactions between you and your customers.
